Listen to Denise Ann Galloni present Find Your Voice. Voted the quietest girl in her senior class, Denise Galloni started to come out of her shell and find her voice as a young adult. Today her mission is to help others find their voices and become better communicators through her company, DG Training Solutions Inc., which was founded in 2014.

Denise will show you how to find your authentic voice by telling you how she went from being invisible to speaking in front of people for a living. She will describe how to deliver a concise message that people will remember. You will leave recognizing you have the qualities and the voice to make the difference.

Meet Matt Scoletti, known as “Mr. Livin the Dream,”. Matt is a 2-Time World Record Holder, American Ninja Warrior competitor, author of the bestselling book “The First 15,” and motivational speaker focused on healthy living and happiness! 

Matt’s life wasn’t always like this as he struggled with alcohol for a decade. After hitting rock bottom, he decided to focus on 4 main concepts that would revive his life. The four ideas are to Grow, Give, Love, and Live every single day! Matt is so excited to share the best ways to implement these into your business and your life! Melanie Colusci, award-winning author, founder and president of From Start-Up to Success, a business focused on her passion to help women achieve their goals as business owners and accelerate their path to success. Melanie also facilitates Pittsburgh Women’s Mastermind, a supportive community of women entrepreneurs in four Pittsburgh area chapters who gather in person and online to learn how to grow their businesses. 

Maria Allshouse, through her personal struggle with obesity and finally realizing that the key to a more fulfilling life is making yourself a top priority, Maria went from someone who spent her day static barely surviving to an accomplished Olympic Triathlete, Half Marathoner, and Fitness Competitor. Maria was able to overcome many obstacles to release over 125lbs. In addition, Maria recently graduated from the world-renowned Precision Nutrition and completed her Nutritional and Wellness Coaching Residency where she was mentored by the industry’s most recognized fitness and healthcare professionals and coaches. After 23 years of corporate marketing, Maria pursued her passion of health and wellness and is the now the Owner and Chief Inspiration Officer of  Maria Allshouse LLC. Healthy Lifestyle Coaching and Corporate Wellness Consulting. 

Dionne Malush, is a listing and marketing specialist in the Pittsburgh area. In real estate since 2004 she calls herself The Almost Famous Realtor. With a creative background (over 27 years as a graphic designer) she has been able to climb to the top in her market utilizing her artistic ability. Dionne is a 1989 graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Since starting her real estate career she has been coached by many of the top
real estate coaching companies in the country. She was ranked in the Top 500 Real Estate Marketers in the US and Canada. Dionne is a Certified Home Selling Expert which entails hours of training each week. She consistently sells between 60-75 homes each year when the average agent nationwide sells between 8-12. In 2015 her best year ever she closed 74 transactions while being injured for the last 2 months of the year. She also closed her biggest transaction of her career by selling a home to one of her beloved Pittsburgh Penguins. She has also co-authored "The New Rise in Real Estate" a book that has reached #1 on Amazon.com's
2012 Best Seller List. Malush published "25 Tips for Selling a Home in Pittsburgh" which is also sold on Amazon. She is the co-owner of Realty ONE Group Gold Standard.

Are you the person standing in the corner watching other people work a room and network? Do you often struggle with what to say when you meet someone? Do you avoid meeting new people but know you need to for yourself or your business? Then this class is for you.

We will discuss how to find networking opportunities that will benefit the audience you are looking for and what to prepare in advance before the event. You will also learn how to comprise an effective one-minute commercial. You will discover how to qualify the person you are talking to and give them only the information they need to hire you or your services. Other various proven tips and suggestions when networking will be discussed.

In this class you will learn how to deliver a concise one minute commercial for your target audience. You will receive tips on what to prepare before you enter the event and follow up suggestions.

Other networking items such as your social media profiles, business card etiquette and how to follow up with a lead will be discussed. Bring your commercial, business card and questions to this class.
